Summary of the Role:
Little Steps Therapy Services is a multidisciplinary service provider for children and youth in the Greater Victoria Area. Our clinical team includes Speech and Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Behaviour Analysts, and Behaviour Interventionists. Our clinical team works collaboratively as a team while including their families, to ensure each child is meeting their full potential. We believe in providing neurodiverse affirming services for our clients and their families in a play based natural environment.
Our team has the ability to work flexible hours, allowing for a manageable work-life balance. We encourage each team member to explore areas of interest, and implement new programs and/or groups that fit these interests.
