Summary of the Role:
We are looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Therapy Services Team. Therapy services at the BC Centre for Ability include the Early Intervention Therapy program which provides physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology and social work services for over 1000 children and their families. Services are provided in the child’s natural environments, as well as through clinic and group opportunities, and focus on helping the child become successful in their daily routines and participate in home and community life.
The successful candidate will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide therapy services to children within the context of their family and community environment. Services will be delivered in family homes, in clinic, in community settings and by virtual platforms. Departmental assignments are subject to operational and departmental needs.
